Refund Policy

The bYOU team spends many hours researching your market, writing a quality advertorials that (based on research) should have message that matches the markets interests which will results in a minimum CTR of 8%. If our advertorial does not reach an 8% CTR, we’d love to work with you to increase that click through rate to meet our quality guarantee.

Before we begin the research we will ask you to outline who your target customer is so that we can be sure the advertorial we write has a message to match the market. Based on this information we’ll research and write an advertorial that speaks to the target audience.

After publishing the advertorial and sending related traffic to that advertorial, it doesn’t convert at 8%, we’d like to work with you to improve the CTR of the article. This can be a review of your ad campaign or a rewrite of your advertorial.

Please note, that the CTR is directly related to the audience you send to that advertorial and the interest in clicking through to your landing page – which is why we ask to see the type of traffic/audience you’re targeting and sending to the advertorial.

If after two attempts to correct the advertorial still isn’t converting at 8% we’ll refund your payment to the card you purchased. IMPORTANT: If the audience sent to the advertorial is unrelated or does not match the audience outline before writing the advertorial you void the refund guarantee.

To claim a refund please send an email to that includes:

  1. a screenshot of the audience you’re targeting and sending to the advertorial
  2. include a link to the published advertorial so that we can review it
  3. your transaction ID or a copy of your receipt


As always, we’d love to work with you to create a win/win for everyone and avoid a refund whenever possible, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
